Welcome to the Cory Cottage

If you are visiting Saint Andrews by the sea in New Brunswick, you will find Cory Cottage to be your home away from home. This Cottage is perfectly located within walking distance of all you want to experience and see while visiting this picturesque coastal town. It has 4 bedrooms in the main house and 1 more in the guest house. Each with their own private ensuite. What more can you ask for.

Cory Comforts

Picture yourself on vacation in this elegant 1830s home that was once owned and designed by Kate Reed, believed to be one of Canada’s very first interior decorators. How cool is that.

From the outside, the classic black and white style doesn't prepare you for the vibrance and glamour of the interior.

When we opened the doors of the Cory Cottage, I felt like I had stepped into a Life & Style Magazine spread. The décor is a perfect mix of vintage elegance and contemporary colors, instantly elevating your spirits the moment you step inside. They say that love is in the details, and if that’s the case, this home is bursting with love.

My room of choice was the Ralph Lauren room (surprise, surprise) located in the main house, and it provided one of the most relaxing sleeps I've had in a long time. I felt like Goldilocks. (ok maybe more Silverlocks) The bed was JUST right. I especially appreciated the morning light that came in through the doors that leads you to the private garden. But don’t worry, the curtains offer a black out option if you so choose to miss out on morning’s first light.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite, with some rooms featuring stunning soaker tubs perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. One bedroom even has a private balcony overlooking the town, offering a view of the ocean.

And let’s not forget the kitchen

A dream for any food enthusiast. Fully equipped and spacious, it invites you to whip up a hearty breakfast or indulge in some local delicacies. I will apologize for not capturing any images of this fantastic kitchen. As a food photographer and stylist, I can’t believe I let that one slip away. I guess we were too busy exploring and enjoying the fine dining Saint Andrews had to offer, like this beautiful charcuterie from The Fundy Foodie.

Cory Cottage is a hidden treasure in the heart of Saint Andrews by the Sea. With its blend of history, style, and comfort, combined with an ideal location, it's a recipe for the perfect getaway.

Whether you’re looking to relax or seek adventure, Cory Cottage offers the perfect setting to create lasting memories. There was so much more to see and do in Saint Andrews, I guess I’ll have to find a way of going back for another stay.
