Banana Avocado Fudgesicle.

Oh, yummy! Fudgesicles, how I adore thee.

As a kid, Fudgesicles were my ultimate treat. My uncle owned a corner store, and delving into that ice cream cooler for a Fudgesicle was pure bliss. They're a trip down memory lane to more carefree days of childhood.

What makes fudgesicles so irresistible is the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. They're not too sweet, yet they satisfy sweet tooth cravings with their smooth texture and chocolaty taste. They hold a special place in my hearts.

When my son was a toddler, I was determined to introduce him to the yummy flavor of fudgesicles in the healthiest way possible. After a number of attempts, I figured out a recipe that satisfied both his tiny taste buds and my desire for a nutritious treat. The avocados gives them that smooth creamy texture, the banana adds thickness, and a hint of molasses and maple syrup for sweetness and depth of flavour. He was only 2 years old when I first made these fudgesicles, and it's been a staple in our household ever since. He’s going on 16 now.

Full disclosure. I love them more than he does. LOL

For this recipe, your going to need perfectly ripe avocados. Not to hard, not to soft. Your thumb should be able to make a slight dent in the fruit threw the peel. Same as the bananas. You don’t want them as ripe as you would for say a banana bread. They should just start to brown. You can also use honey for sweetness.

This is so easy. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
