Sylvie recently came on a creative's retreat to Cory Cottage, and I was excited to see her photos of the house. We have never had professional pictures done, and while to my eye the house is special and unique I was never able to capture that with my camera.

The pictures she took are so much more than just beautiful images.

She captured the interesting little details that tell a much larger story, that invite you to want more. The quirky juxtapositions that make something interesting. They really resonated with me. They felt like the story I wanted to tell.

And then she wrote a beautiful article which I wasn't expecting, and I loved that too because it felt real and genuine. She really brought a "lifestyle" together with her story and images.

I'm going to keep watching Sylvie's view of the world because I like the way she sees things. If you ever get the chance to get Sylvie to come and tell your story do it. She is incredibly talented.
